Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement d\u2019envergure est une grande premi\u00e8re : concernant les pays africains ainsi qu\u2019une partie du sous-continent indien, le Saf Challenge \u00e9tait ouvert \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des boulangers artisanaux, avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 des gains d\u2019une valeur totale de 50.000\u20ac !<\/strong><\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Lesaffre a h\u00e9berg\u00e9 ce concours \u00e0 travers l\u2019application mobile de sa marque de levure phare, Saf-instant<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, avec un principe tr\u00e8s simple. Lors de la premi\u00e8re phase, le boulanger disposait d\u2019une minute pour partager son r\u00eave professionnel en vid\u00e9o et la publier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application Saf-instant\u00ae. Dans un second temps, la communaut\u00e9 Saf-instant<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, compos\u00e9e de boulangers, a vot\u00e9 pour sa\/ses vid\u00e9os favorite(s).<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 160 boulangers se sont ainsi retrouv\u00e9s en comp\u00e9tition ! Apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification des aptitudes \u00e0 concourir et une s\u00e9lection selon des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis par le jury, 10 finalistes venant de 9 pays diff\u00e9rents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convi\u00e9s pour la phase finale du concours au Baking Center\u2122 d\u2019Abidjan en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0f288c;\"><strong>3 jours de comp\u00e9tition, 3 jours de d\u00e9passement de soi, 3 jours d\u2019\u00e9motion\u2026 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les finalistes ont honor\u00e9 le m\u00e9tier de boulanger avec un engagement et une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sans faille. <strong>Apportant chacun leur touche personnelle, les candidats ont ravi le jury par leurs initiatives, laissant apercevoir ce que sera le monde de la boulangerie demain aux 4 coins de l\u2019Afrique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces artisans, une candidate s\u2019est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e : <strong>Hayet Ait Lounis, originaire du village d\u2019Aghribs en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/strong> La laur\u00e9ate s\u2019est distingu\u00e9e avec une interpr\u00e9tation marquante de la brioche, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de dattes du Sahara ainsi que d\u2019oranges fraiches, un clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 ses origines pour une recette purement personnelle. <strong>Ce fut un r\u00e9el pl\u00e9biscite de la part du jury !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au gain remport\u00e9 par la laur\u00e9ate, cette derni\u00e8re va pouvoir <strong>r\u00e9aliser son r\u00eave de boulang\u00e8re : agrandir et moderniser la boulangerie dont elle est propri\u00e9taire.<\/strong> En compl\u00e9ment, son point de vente sera relook\u00e9 et Lesaffre lui offre un an de consommation de levure.<\/p>\n<p>Contact presse : <a href=\"mailto:m.pette@lesaffre.com\">m.pette@lesaffre.com<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du 25 au 27 janvier s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la phase finale du Saf Challenge, concours de boulangerie organis\u00e9 par Lesaffre, au sein de son Baking Center\u2122 ivoirien d\u2019Abidjan.
