Nous reprenons la route cette fois vers Alger, avec un arr\u00eat \u00e0 la \u00abla maison Rahali\u00a0\u00bb de Draria, une boulangerie qui porte entre ses murs une histoire, un h\u00e9ritage de savoir faire et de connaissances dans le domaine de la boulangerie, laiss\u00e9 par le p\u00e8re Rahali \u00e0 ses enfants.<\/p><\/div>\n

Rezki, le plus \u00e2g\u00e9 des fr\u00e8res Rahali nous raconte le pass\u00e9 et les bons moments qu\u2019il a v\u00e9cus avec son d\u00e9funt p\u00e8re et l\u2019importance de la transmission du m\u00e9tier. Ceci lui a permis de comprendre le r\u00f4le que joue le pain dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Alg\u00e9rienne, r\u00e9pondant ainsi aux besoins de ses clients pour les satisfaire avec un produit de qualit\u00e9, moderne et qui apporte une valeur nutritionnelle importante.<\/p><\/div>\n

Dernier stop \u00e0 M\u2019sila, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 la boulangerie Akrib, l\u2019une des boulangeries les plus connues par les habitants de M\u2019sila et alentours, pas que pour les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de pains, viennoiseries et brioches propos\u00e9es, mais aussi pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et le palmar\u00e8s de celui qui fait de cette boulangerie la destination de tout amoureux de produits panifi\u00e9s.<\/p><\/div>\n

Abdenour n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un simple boulanger, ce comp\u00e9titeur passionn\u00e9 d\u00e9tient des titres dans plusieurs comp\u00e9titions et concours de boulangerie, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la marque Saf-instant et aux produits Lesaffre, il a eu l\u2019occasion de participer et de remporter des comp\u00e9titions organis\u00e9es par la marque \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle continentale, et aujourd\u2019hui Abdenour aspire \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une \u00e9cole au sein de sa boulangerie industrielle afin de transmettre et partager sa passion et ses connaissances de la boulangerie.<\/p><\/div>\n
